This location was nice and handy, really close to the airport. We found nice Sainsbury's Heaton Park nearby with hot beverages. Standard double room was extremely spacious. We got a bathtub too.

convenient location, free parking, overlapping curtains
Carpet in the room was quite dirty!!! The noise from above made it impossible to sleep!!! Old furniture really needs an upgrade!!! A plug next to the bed would be a welcome addition!!!

I was impressed by the clean, spacious family room that offered ample parking space. The staff were very cute and made check-in easy, which I appreciated greatly.
Add more plug sockets for convenience.

The Standard Double Room provided a decent level of cleanliness, but the layout felt cramped. The proximity to the car park made it easy to access the room after a long day of exploring the area.
The room had a noticeable damp smell, off-putting. The mattress felt very springy and noisy. Not exactly the comfort you'd hope for after a long day. There were only a couple of usable plug sockets located far from the bed. Plus, the lack of proper light signs made it a bit tricky to find the place in the dark, tucked away behind the car park. I left at an early hour only to find the reception unattended, made for a slightly awkward departure.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
The room was clean and cozy. The only downside was the limited plug sockets for charging devices, which could be improved.

The check-in experience was seamless, and the staff were genuinely cute. The family room boasted comfortable beds, a good temperature, and handy amenities like air conditioning and tea-making facilities. Noticeable mold in the bathroom was a concern, and the water pressure was disappointingly low were nice. Soundproofing was weak, so noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The family room was decent for the price, though the toilet cleanliness could have been better, and the room felt a bit dark. Parking was plentiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making my stay quite pleasant overall.
