    dirty carpet

convenient location, free parking, overlapping curtains

Carpet in the room was quite dirty!!! The noise from above made it impossible to sleep!!! Old furniture really needs an upgrade!!! A plug next to the bed would be a welcome addition!!!

    clean family room
    ample parking space
    welcoming staff
    limited plug sockets
    lack of extra bedding

I was impressed by the clean, spacious family room that offered ample parking space, making it easy for me and my family. The staff were very welcoming and made check-in a breeze, which I appreciated greatly.

Add more plug sockets for convenience.

    clean room
    convenient access
    decent layout
    damp smell
    limited outlets

The Standard Double Room provided a decent level of cleanliness, but the layout felt cramped. The proximity to the car park made it easy to access the room after a long day of exploring the area.

The room had a noticeable damp smell. The mattress felt very springy and noisy. not exactly the comfort you'd hope for after a long day. There were only a couple of usable plug sockets located far from the bed, making it inconvenient to charge devices. Plus, the lack of proper light signs made it a bit tricky to find the place in the dark, tucked away behind the car park. I left at an early hour only to find the reception unattended, which made for a slightly awkward departure.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff along with the bus stops right outside that made getting around the city a breeze while I enjoyed my walks along the Rochdale Canal, which is only about 1.5 km away.

    Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

During my one-night stay, I found the staff incredibly accommodating, especially when I arrived late, which made the check-in process smooth. The room was clean and cozy, providing a great space to relax after a long journey. The only downside was the limited plug sockets for charging devices, which could be improved.

    warm welcome
    clean room
    noticeable mold
    low water pressure
    poor soundproofing

The check-in experience was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The family room boasted comfortable beds, a good temperature, and handy amenities like air conditioning and tea-making facilities. noticeable mold in the bathroom was a concern, and the water pressure was disappointingly low, making it take ages to refill the toilet flush tank. Soundproofing was weak, so noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

    inconvenient plug

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a clean room with easy parking facilities. the loud noises from above kept me awake until late, and I was disturbed again early in the morning. The lack of plugs near the bed was also inconvenient, but overall, the check-in process was smooth, making it a fairly decent stay for a light sleeper.
